- Post-relaxation
- Do not rush and push your body to get up after doing the relaxation exercises above.
- Release all the remaining tension by breathing slowly with your eyes closed. It can help prevent the possibility of a vertigo attack once you stand up.
- Be sure that your body is completely relaxed before you stand up.
