Ultimate Strength Studio (next door and connected to Rickards Chiropractic) features proven ‘Super Slow’ workout methodology. This is a results-oriented twenty minute workout performed once or twice a week that builds strength, increases metabolism, burns fat, improves cardiovascular endurance, and increases bone density – which all works hand in hand with holding chiropractic adjustment.
